Chanterelle Vodka

The wonderful apricot fruitiness is magnified for both nose & mouth.

  • 750ml decent vodka
  • 8 oz. young fresh chanterelle, chopped
  1. Combine and infuse 2 weeks at room temperature.
  2. Strain through cheesecloth and squeeze dry.
  3. Drip through coffee filter.
Additional Tips

This will extract a bit of liquid from the chanterelles, so you will end up with a couple more ounces than the original 750ml.
